What Payment options do you offer

Do you offer international shipping

GemChristina offers shipping to Europe and selected countries worldwide. If you cannot select your country please contact us for options using the contact form.

Do I have to register as a customer to be able to buy in your shop

By creating an account you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order's status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. It is also possible to maintain a wish list for possible future purchases.

The website is not working properly, for example I cannot add items to my shopping cart.

The website uses so-called functional cookies. If you have defaulted these to "disabled" in your browser settings, the website will not work properly. Browsing is limited, many buttons will not work properly. The shopping cart functionality does not work.

Why is there no option to accept/decline cookies?
