SHIPPING

GemChristina will take the greatest possible care when receiving and handling the orders.  All shipments are made from the Netherlands with PostNL or DHL. Products that are in stock are usually shipped on the next business day after receiving cleared payment. During the summer a shipping delay of 1 week can occur. Custom orders will be sent on the next business day after the work is completed and after receiving cleared payment.
Products are only shipped after full payment has been received. All products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the buyer. The buyer who provided personal data within the framework of the agreement, guarantees that this is accurate, complete and up to date. Products are shipped in a bubble wrap envelope.

During checkout the available options will be presented based on the total order value.

As per October 1st 2019 free shipping options to NL addresses are available based on total order value of at least €30. For international orders over €50, order total and shipping method related discounted shipping rates apply.

For small orders I also offer uninsured shipping under the condition that all shipping risks lie with the customer. The shipping fees are dependent on the package weight:

Note that for shipments outside the European Union local custom rules apply. If there are any applied import taxes, customs fees, or other, these are the responsibility of the buyer. The purchase value will be declared on the customs declaration.


RETURNS

Only undamaged, unused products are eligible for return under the conditions as stated below "Right of withdrawal" in the Terms & Conditions. Shipping fees are not refunded.
